No Time To Meal Prep?

It’s no secret that I believe most of our health battles come from our choices of fuel for our body.  So many problems are solved when we incorporate REAL food and REAL ingredients.  However, I am also a working mother who understands the time constraints we have today trying to juggle everyone’s crazy, busy schedule!  There are services that will deliver meals weekly if necessary and the ingredients are much healthier options.

I recently came across Grubr Eats.  They are on facebook (click the icon below) and also have a free app where you can see their menus.  Deliveries are Sundays and Wednesdays.  Seafood is wild-caught, Beef is grass-fed, Veggies are all organic, and chicken is free range.  All the menus are also gluten-free.  Check them out if you are looking for healthier options when life gets a little crazy…
