Having had a laundry list of health issues, emotionally and physically, I know what it’s like to struggle and feel out of control of my life. iI was right where you are, frustrated, overwhelmed, and without hope.
When I discovered my body could heal, and that I wasn’t a victim of random illness and disease, I came alive in a new way. I learned the power and influence I had over my everyday health and my longterm future. I was not a diagnosis. Neither are you.
If you “want what I am having” I will be so excited to help you too. I want you to have what I’m having but MOST importantly – I want people to see you and say “I’ll have what she’s having”!

In order to live your best life, it’s essential for you to take care of yourself. When our cell phone battery begins to flash, we rush to find a power source. The panic of being helpless and disconnected overwhelms us and we can’t address anything else until we have “plugged in”. Unfortunately, we almost never treat our health this way. Until we get that test result, until that diagnosis comes, until the symptom prevents us from functioning, we just keep going. Maintaining a lifestyle that supports a healthy mind and body is important.
